DL Gas & Maintenance Ltd. is an independently owned family service company with a workforce of highly experienced engineers and tradespeople to support all your service and maintenance needs. Our engineers are Gas Safe registered, NICEIC, and Water Safe qualified. The services we offer include: boiler installation, boiler breakdown repair and servicing, landlord certificates/CP12, power flushing of central heating systems, radiator installation, gas fire installation and servicing, gas cooker installation and repair, gas leak investigation and reconnection to gas, plumbing, bathroom installation, and electrical services.

Furthermore, for guaranteed peace of mind and satisfaction, all of our jobs come with a one-month guarantee. Thus, if we complete a job and you need to call us back within the month, you will not have to pay for the labor or the call-out fee.

Our opening times are Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day, and in urgent cases, we can promptly send an engineer to your location. Additionally, if no parts are needed, our engineers can proceed with the job immediately.
If you request a quote for a job, a written estimate will be provided via email within 48 hours after one of our surveyors has visited your property, and this quote will be valid for 5 working days.

Please note that a site visit allows our surveyor to assess the scope of the work, providing you with an accurate breakdown of the costs and schedule.
